What's New in Releventful - April, 2025

We have made some updates to the sales pipeline to support multiple ways of using it and to give you faster and easier access to the important information you need.

Lead Details Menu Changes

Clicking on a lead will now quickly open the details about the lead and give you access to one consolidated menu.

Hover over or clicking the Quick Edit button will give you access to the following options

Send Sales Email

Single click access to send an email or SMS text message to your lead

Manage Campaigns

Single click access to open the sales campaigns to edit, add, or remove sales campaign emails or SMS text messages.

Edit Sales Info

Single click access to edit the sales pipeline details, where the lead came from, close dates, etc.

Edit Records

Single click access to open the Records area for the lead.

Edit Documents

Single click access to add back-office documents to store on the leads file.

Edit Appointments

Single click access to send or change appointments to the lead.

New Pipeline Report View

We've added a quick pipeline report list available straight from the Sales Pipeline.

  • Click Change View, then Pipeline List

This report by default sorts according to your filter settings. You can change the sort order by clicking on the column heading.

Easy Access to the Custom Sales Report

We've re-located the sales report button to be along side all of the other pipeline options. To quickly access any of our sales reports

  • Click on Custom Reports, the select the report of your choice

Our Custom Sales Reports offer extremely robust filtering, sorting, and the ability to customize all columns.

New Ways to Manage Your Pipeline with New Pipeline Filters

We have changed our pipeline to support two different ways to manage your pipeline

  1. Manage as a workflow tool

  2. Manage as a sales lead tracking tool

The workflow tool is intended to use the pipeline to manage your lead to booking and then planning touch points.

The sales lead tracking tool is intended to better manage and your lead to booking progress according to the sales Close-Date and Follow-Up dates.
