Improve the design of a ClientCart proposal

Make a proposal easy to scan, read and use without relying on a large image for every section.

Make a proposal easy to scan, read and use without relying on a large image for every section.

Steps

  1. Open the reusable proposal template or the loaded proposal copy you intend to change.

  2. Use short headings and readable text for the main offer, pricing explanation and next step.

  3. Add appropriately sized images using the editor's image controls. Check the crop and file size.

  4. Keep real package/add-on fields for choices the client should select.

  5. Save and preview on desktop and phone widths, then test the selection and acceptance flow.

Using a design tool

You can prepare decorative banners in a design tool such as Canva and upload the exported image. Keep important terms and actions as real text. Compress large exports and choose dimensions that fit the displayed area rather than relying on a ppi setting.

Check what you are editing

A reusable template and a copy loaded on one invoice have different scope. Confirm the client, event and document before saving changes or sending the proposal.
