We recommend creating a welcome email to be automatically sent out to your clients after they book services with you. The welcome email will provide instructions for downloading and utilizing the Releventful mobile app and explain the purpose and function of the Client Vendor Event portal.

We have created a sample welcome email below that you can copy and paste into your email templates if desired. Use this as a frame of reference and feel free to adjust the verbiage to better align with your business. The goal of the welcome email is to introduce the portal to your clients and encourage them to download the mobile app for the optimal experience as their event date approaches.

You will see the "Client1EventLink" token towards the end of the welcome message. This token will populate for your client and provide them with their unique portal link to access their portal at any time. Your clients will always be prompted through other Releventful emails with access links to their portal to complete documentation and event to-dos along the way. Providing the link in the welcome email is a great best practice to ensure they have their portal link to reference at any time.

Thank you for choosing us for your event on [[EventStartDate]]. We take your trust very seriously and will strive to make your event memorable for you and your guests. You should have already received an email with a link to access your event portal. The portal is your central location for sending messages, filling out questionnaires, making payments, viewing/uploading documents, and completing your song selections. You can access your portal from the web and also from your phone by downloading the Releventful Mobile app! Download the app with the following steps:

1. Download the Releventful App on the IOS or Google Play store.

2. Enter your email address (the main contact email on file with us)

3. You will be notified to check your email for your event login link

4. You can click the login link in your email on your phone to be automatically logged into the portal on the app

You can also access the portal at any time by using your phone to view or respond to an action requests sent by our team! (For example: viewing a To-Do reminder or clicking on the black button that says “Reply” when you receive a message from us)
