Taking Notes In Releventful

There are 3 main ways to take notes in Releventful. The first is used to store internal notes regarding a particular lead/client. The second two ways are event-related and have different levels of visibility.

Taking notes at the Lead/Client level: Lead Records

This is a great area to store notes if you want to capture notes regarding calls, email, tasks, or other general items related to your client or lead. To take notes here:

  1. Navigate to Contacts (or Manage Contacts from the event you are working in)

  2. Select the Lead/Client you wish to take notes (or choose Edit from the event contact area)

  3. Click Lead Records

  4. Choose Add Record and select the Type

  5. Take notes and click Save

Taking notes at the Event level: Event Details

This is a great area to store notes if you want to capture notes that will be visible to your event staff scheduled to work the event, and should be related to this particular event only. To take notes here:

  1. Navigate to Event Edit screen

  2. Scroll down below Event Status to find the Event Details (staff only) field

  3. Enter your notes and click Save at the top of the screen

Taking notes at the Event level: Sales Details

Similarly, this is a great area to store notes if you want to capture notes that will be visible to your Admins and Sales staff only, and should be related to this particular event only. To take notes here:

  1. Choose Edit Event

  2. Navigate to Sales Pipeline tab of the event edit screen

  3. Scroll down to find the Sales Details field

  4. Enter your notes and click Save at the top of the screen
