Granting Client Access to Change the Portal Image

By default, your client will be able to change the portal image if they would like to put a personal touch on their event. They will be able to do this in both desktop and the mobile app.

To change the setting

  1. Visit Portal Templates in the side navigation

  2. Select the event you would like to edit, or choose "Any Event"

  3. Click the edit icon (shown below) under Step 3-Portal Settings

  4. Toggle the setting to turn it on or off
