Report Filters and Filter Groups
For each report you can create as many filters as you would like. To help you organize the filters logically, you can group them together. These groups are called Filter Groups. Each filter group will create an ordering on how our report engine applies them.
For example:
If you would like to view a report that has all of the weddings that are scheduled after today, you could create 2 filters.
Filter 1: Event Type is Wedding AND
Filter 2: Event Start Date is after today
Both filter 1 and filter 2 can be a filter group (see image below)
If you would like to also view any parties that have already happened, you could create a second filter group with the following filters.
Filter 1: Event Type is Party AND
Filter 2: Event Start date is before today.
Creating these two filter groups and joining them together with an OR statement will allow you to see both of these sets of events in the same report (see image below)
