SMS Usage Report

To view your SMS usage:

  1. Navigate to the Scheduler in the side navigation

  2. Select SMS Usage Report

  3. Use the dropdown under Choose a Month to see how many SMS messages have been sent out of your allotted amount

If you don’t see the option to enable SMS and you’d like to reach your customer with text messaging, simply head over to your Releventful Account Settings, choose a monthly amount and select Update Plan.
