Setting an Event as Booked

Releventful automatically manages booking the event based on the Event Booking Default setting. The default is to mark as booked when you receive payment from your customer. However, you can override this default behavior and choose a new Auto-Book Default from one of the following options:

  1. Upon receipt of payment (default)

  2. Book on Sales Stage

  3. Book on Event Status

Then choose the specific Sales Stage or Event Status in the Selected Option dropdown.

You can manage the Event Booking Default by by clicking on Settings button in the side navigation, then go to Event Settings, Event Defaults.

💡Pro Tip: when the event is booked, any leads on the event will automatically be converted to a Client.

Setting an Event as Booked (Manually)

You can also set the event as booked at any time by

  1. Click on the Event Info tab

  2. In the upper right, click the event status drop down menu and choose Booked.

  3. Click Save to save your changes.
