Add a Planur Floor Plan to an Event

Keep an event layout beside the rest of its planning information. A Planur live share link lets your team view the latest shared layout in Releventful.

Before you start

Planur must be available as the floor plan provider for your venue account. Have a live share link for the layout you want to show. If Floor Plans is unavailable, ask the Releventful team about access.

In Releventful

  1. Open the event in Releventful and select its Floor Plans tab.

  2. Select Add Floor Plan. In Add a Planur live layout, paste the live link into Planur Share Link.

  3. Select Add Floor Plan. Review the plan in the event. If the plan should appear on an invoice, use the Floor Plans Visible on Invoices control and review the invoice before sharing.

Check the result

Open the event again and confirm the plan appears. If you shared it on an invoice, preview the client-facing invoice to check visibility.

Important to know

Edit the layout in Planur. Releventful shows the shared plan; adding the link does not copy the design into a Releventful editor.
