A workflow repeats the steps your team would otherwise remember to do for each event. Begin with one event type and one useful outcome, such as asking a client for planning details after booking.
Before you start
Know what starts the work, who should receive it, when it is due, and what your team wants the client to do. Use a sample event for review.
In Releventful
Click Automations & Operations > Manage Portal Templates and select the event type. Click Edit workflow > Draft changes; your current live workflow keeps running while you prepare the change.
Click Add workflow. Choose Create with Rae to describe a complete step, or Build manually when you know the exact item. For Rae, explain the trigger, recipient, content, and timing.
If you already have written process notes or a voice memo, click Choose a file or Record notes. Click Prepare text for review, correct what Rae will use, then click Use reviewed text and Build draft with Rae.
Select the new item in Your draft timeline. Check the message or task, due date, recipient, client visibility, and whether the workflow and notification are on. Use Open full editor, Edit timeline, or Edit documents for manual corrections.
Click Save draft. Click Review saved draft, then Try the client portal to inspect the saved experience. Return to the item, correct and save it again if needed.
Click Review event impact. Read which existing events could change, select only changes you want to apply, confirm the review, then choose Publish workflow settings or Publish and apply selected changes.
