Use Workflow Studio to review and edit the draft's steps, messages, conditions, and timing in one place.
Why this matters
A workflow repeats work for the right event at the right time. Rae can prepare a complete draft quickly; your team then checks every starting condition, recipient, message, and task before publishing.
Before you start
Know the event or lead condition that should start the workflow and who should receive each action.
In Releventful
Click Automations & Operations > Manage Portal Templates, select the event type and click Edit workflow > Draft changes.
Click a card in Your draft timeline, then use Open full editor, Edit timeline or Edit documents to change its content, timing or files.
Turn this workflow on when published only if it should run; click Save draft, Review saved draft and Try the client portal.
Click Review event impact. Choose Publish workflow settings for future use, or Publish and apply selected changes when you also want the reviewed changes on existing events.
How to make the most of this step
Choose an event type and start a new draft or draft changes to the current setup. Add workflow lets you choose Create with Rae for a described workflow or Build manually for a specific item. Use the timeline to inspect, reorder, and edit items. Save before testing; the Try the client portal control uses the saved version. Complete the event impact review before publishing.
A useful decision
Before completing this task, compare the change with a sample record of the same kind. This confirms that the client, employee, amount, or timing affected is the one you intended.
Check the result
Preview a matching example and monitor the first live run. Confirm any message reached the intended person.
Important to know
A saved draft is not live. New items begin off for review. A published workflow can send real messages or create tasks when its conditions are met; existing events require their own impact review.
