Are you offering enough payment method options to your client to secure the sale? Customers today care about the speed it takes to process a purchase online and the means in which to do.

Stripe is our preferred payment partner due to their ease of integration with Releventful and the ability to offer many different payment methods to your clients besides just credit card and ACH.

Stripe conducted extensive research on the client purchase experience and found that 52% of customers admit that they would abandon a checkout experience that requires more than two minutes to complete. A seamless checkout process should be quick! Customers want a brief checkout process, less clicks, and the right payment methods available.

What can you do today to shorten the time it takes to process a payment within Releventful?

We encourage you to take advantage of Stripe Payment Management. Releventful is already built to support Stripe Payment Management and all the customizations available for you to offer multiple payment methods to your customers.

From your Stripe Management Dashboard, turn on the payment methods you would like to accept from your customer. Take your customizations a step further and customize which clients can see which types of available payment methods. Within your Stripe dashboard, you can set the payment methods based on the overall order amount and/or buyer location. If a client meets these requirements, they will see the payment methods available to them based on the guidelines you have set.

To set this up, review your payment methods via your Stripe dashboard. Select the three dots (customize button) to the right of the payment method. Set the requirements here to hide this payment method until the customer is a match. For example, you can choose to only display a payment option if the transaction amount is greater than $1,000.

Stripe's A/B Testing

Are you interested in offering a new payment method to your customers but not sure if it will be viable? Stripe can dynamically surface the most relevant payment methods using machine learning to maximize conversion. This allows you to A/B test payment methods directly from the dashboard to measure their impact on your performance, or set custom rules for when to show which payment method.

Stripe is the only payment processing company on the market that allows for this type of testing!
