Send different versions of proposals and contracts from within a single event

Want to add multiple proposals to an event?

Have multiple contracts that need to be signed for a single event?

For example, you may want your bride and groom to both sign a copy of the Contract. Or you may have a client-facing contract, and a subcontractor-facing contract that both need to be signed for a single event. To accomplish this, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Invoices tab of the Event Edit screen:

  2. Select Add New

  3. To add a Contract only, select Add Invoice and enable only the Contract

  4. To add a Proposal (or proposal, contract, and invoice), select Add Proposal and choose whether to enable other features or send only a Proposal
