Stripe Payment Management lets Stripe choose eligible methods at checkout. Standard Releventful-managed Stripe payments use Releventful's card/bank method controls instead.
Enable it on an unpaid payment
Open the invoice and choose Payments.
Open the unpaid payment and select Processing.
Turn on Stripe Payment Management and review its fee and method guidance.
Save and preview the client flow.
To use this mode for future scheduled payments, enable it in the saved schedule and save. Review existing invoice payments separately.
Choose methods in Stripe
Use the Stripe payment-method settings. Methods depend on account country, currency, amount, customer information and provider rules. Enabling a method does not guarantee every client sees it. Complete accurate billing details when required.
Important differences
Automatic payments: Releventful automatic payments are unavailable with Stripe Payment Management on. Use the supported standard flow when these are needed.
Convenience fees: this mode uses the configured general/card fee rather than separate card and ACH rates. Review the total before collecting.
Tips: the built-in Releventful tip setting is not offered in this mode.
