Collect consistent inquiry details from your website and pass them into the lead process your business has configured.
Steps
Open the website lead-form manager and add a form or edit an existing one.
Add the contact, event and custom questions you need. Use clear labels and mark only essential questions as required.
Review the event type, brand and any mapped fields.
Check the form settings, confirmation message and optional redirect/integrations.
Save and publish the form before using its live direct link or embeddable website script. The editor indicates when a form is live and can be embedded.
Submit a sample inquiry and check the saved lead, assigned team member and configured follow-up.
Keep the form readable
Use section titles, explanatory text and column layouts where useful. Reorder questions to match the customer's decision process. Check both phone and desktop widths.
Traditional form versus Rae chat
A website form and Rae Website Chat are separate experiences. Rae uses its configured inquiry and booking steps; embedding a form does not automatically configure Rae's conversation rules or appointment availability.
Optional integrations
Use Calendly or another available form integration only if it is part of your intended workflow. Test the public experience before sending visitors there. A live submission can create records and trigger real messages.
