Setting Up Your Business Brand

Set up and verify your business brand details to ensure accurate information appears across client-facing documents and portals.

A business brand supplies the name and contact information clients see on their Releventful documents. Verify it before you send your first proposal or invoice.

Before you start

Have the public business name, address, email, phone number, and logo approved by your team.

In Releventful

  1. Click Settings > Business Brands and select the brand tab you want to update.

  2. Enter Business Name, Business Address, Business Email, and Business Phone Number. Add or update the logo in the same brand area if your account uses one.

  3. Click Save in the business information form. Reopen the brand tab and confirm the values stayed in place.

  4. Open a sample proposal, invoice, and client portal for that brand. Use Preview or the client view to check the name, contact information, and appearance.
