Releventful Pay is Releventful's payment processing solution to collect funding from your clients via credit card and/or ACH bank draft transactions. During the onboarding and training process, your Releventful Account Specialist will assist you in setting up Releventful Pay within your account.

Follow the steps below to setup Releventful Pay with the partnership of your Account Specialist:

  1. Select the settings gear at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select Payment Setup from the list that appears and proceed to select Payment Processor. Your Releventful Account Specialist will need to activate payments within your account. Once payments are activated for your account, select the Manage Account button on the Payment Processor page to view the setup details for Releventful Pay.

ℹ️ Note: If you have more than one business brand, you will be able to review Releventful Pay per brand by toggling through the brand tabs at the top of the page.

If the Payment Processor menu is selected before payments have been activated for your account, a notification will appear in the corner of the screen reading, "Your payments have not been activated yet." If this message appears for you, please contact your Account Specialist or the Releventful Support Team with the chat icon in the lower right-hand corner of the page.

  3. During the onboarding process, your Releventful Account Specialist will send you a custom URL to finalize the setup of Releventful Pay. The URL will direct you to a form that needs to be completed by you and your organization to verify your account and finalize Releventful Pay.

  4. Once the Releventful Pay form is completed, your form details will be reviewed and your account will be verified and connected to your Releventful account within 1-2 business days.
