Releventful is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product that is hosted in the cloud. To ensure your trust with your client and event data, we have established robust safety and security measures to ensure that your data is securely stored.
Releventful is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). With AWS, Releventful benefits with a contractual uptime, significantly reducing the risk of the system ever being down for a period of time.

Data Backup
The entire Releventful system is backed up multiple times per day. This backup is available in the event of any catastrophic event where a full recovery of the system is needed.
Please note that these backups are not available for recovery of items that were intentionally removed from a user during the course of daily activity. The restoration of the full system is only reserved in the event of a catastrophic event.
Deletion of Data
When items are deleted in Releventful, users receive a double confirmation prompt to confirm the permanent removal of resources, giving them a chance to reconsider before the action is finalized. When items are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
