To set up your payment processor and configure your payment settings, select the settings gear in the left-hand navigation bar. From here, select “Payment Setup” in the submenu that appears. Here you will see two menus regarding payment configuration.

The first is the “Currency Preference.” Open this menu to set your preferred currency. Select the available drop-down menu and choose the region preference that matches your business needs. By default, if no region preference is selected, the system will default to US dollars.

The other menu option under “Payment Setup” is “Payment Processor”. This will be where you can connect your Stripe or Square account to Releventful. We recommend integrating with Stripe, as their payment integration is a seamless and robust experience. Stripe gives you access to more payment options like automatic payments, ACH bank draft payments, in-app refunds, and many other modern payment options. Also, if you are planning on adding another business brand our Stripe offering supports connecting to a unique bank account per business brand.

Select the radio dial for Stripe or Square, depending on the payment processor you use and would like to integrate for your clients. For Square, you will be able to connect to your Square account directly from this setup page. For Stripe, you will see the button to navigate to the “Manage Account” page to complete the setup of the Stripe integration.

Selecting the “Manage Account” button will direct you to the very bottom of the “Business Brands” menu to complete the Stripe configuration.

Select the “Connect with Stripe” button when you are ready. A pop-up window will appear to login to your Stripe account and complete the integration.

Once your payment processor is connected, you are ready to start receiving payments from your clients.
