All Employees Schedule Resource View

To view all of your scheduled employees in our scheduling resource view

  1. Click the Calendar button in the side navigation (icon shown above)

  2. Click the Change Calendar dropdown menu and choose All Employees Schedule

All Employees Time Off

To view & edit all of your employees’ time off requests on the calendar

  1. Click the Calendar button in the side navigation (icon shown above)

  2. Click the Change Calendar dropdown menu and choose All Employee Time Off

View an Employee's Schedule

If you need to view a single employee's schedule on the calendar to verify scheduling or to check their overall schedule, you can do this by doing the following.

To view & edit an individual employee's schedule and time off requests on the calendar

  1. Click the Calendar button in the side navigation (icon shown above)

  2. Click the Change Calendar dropdown menu and choose View Employee Schedule

  3. Then, choose your employee in the dropdown menu next to the Change Calendar button.

The employee's schedule will load on the calendar, you can then use the normal calendar navigation to view the desired scheduling month.
