Choose proposal acceptance as the trigger when the next step should start only after the client accepts. Sending the proposal alone is a separate action.
Why this matters
A workflow repeats work for the right event at the right time. Rae can prepare a complete draft quickly; your team then checks every starting condition, recipient, message, and task before publishing.
Before you start
Know the event or lead condition that should start the workflow and who should receive each action.
In Releventful
Open the event type's draft and click the message or task that should follow acceptance.
In its timing settings, choose Proposal accepted; check the recipient and turn the item on when published.
Click Save draft and Try the client portal with an accepted sample proposal; confirm that a merely sent proposal does not start the item.
A useful decision
A trigger identifies when a workflow considers an event, while a condition decides whether this item should apply. Test one event that meets both and another that does not before turning the item on.
Check the result
Preview a matching example and monitor the first live run. Confirm any message reached the intended person.
Important to know
A saved draft is not live. New items begin off for review. A published workflow can send real messages or create tasks when its conditions are met; existing events require their own impact review.
