To ensure minimal disruption to your day-to-day operations, we schedule all product improvements and bug fixes outside of standard business hours.
What Are Releventful’s Operating Hours?
Our regular operating hours are:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
During this time, our top priority is supporting your active use of the platform. We avoid making system changes during business hours to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for you and your team.
What About Bug Fixes?
Bug fixes are an important part of keeping the platform stable and reliable. These are also implemented outside of our regular operating hours to reduce any impact on your workflow.
If a fix requires immediate attention and cannot wait (such as a critical bug affecting functionality), we may apply it during business hours—but only if absolutely necessary, and with care to minimize disruption.
When Will Fixes and Improvements Be Made?
All routine product fixes and performance improvements are implemented during off-hours:
Evenings (after 5:00 PM EST)
Early mornings (before 8:00 AM EST)
Weekends, when appropriate
This approach helps ensure that your day-to-day work is uninterrupted while we keep things running smoothly in the background.
Will I Be Notified?
For most backend fixes and minor improvements, you may not notice a thing—just a more seamless experience.
For updates that include visible changes, new features, or anything that requires your attention, we’ll keep you informed through in-app notifications, email announcements, or release notes. You can also refer to our status page at any time here.
