Throughout your onboarding journey, you’ll be supported by a dedicated Onboarding Specialist—your personal guide to help you set up and succeed with Releventful. They’re available to assist with any questions you have and provide guidance during your one-on-one training sessions.
You can contact your Onboarding Specialist in two ways:
Through the Messages tab within your onboarding event.
By emailing the onboarding team at help@releventful.com.
When emailing, you may initially get a response from our AI assistant, which is there to help with quick answers. However, if you’d prefer to talk to a person, just let the AI know, and a team member will follow up with you directly.
Prefer to ask your questions live? That’s totally fine—you’re welcome to save any questions for your scheduled one-on-one training sessions, where your Onboarding Specialist will walk you through them in detail.
